| 1915(?) - 1948 : | *Originally the building was an Army Mess Hall at Camp Mills,
a training camp adjacent to what was to become the western
boundary of Mitchel Field. * It became a farm utility building *A roadside garage *The Center Island Aircraft hangar |

| 1950 | To further mutual needs, an arrangement between Fr.O'Brien and The Berger Tilles Co resulted in the exchange of 1 acre church site for the 4 1/2 acres we now occupy, and the church was moved to its present location. |
